Production Manager for Mining Services in Greece, Skouries

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our mining services team in Greece.

Job Description:

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production is safe, high-quality, and profitable. You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of production processes in line with the service agreement and site operation plan.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Education and Experience: A strong foundation in mining operations and site work is essential for success in this role. You should hold a degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills and Results-Oriented Attitude: You have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results.
  • Leadership Skills: You lead by example and are able to motivate your team to achieve their best performance.
  • Proficiency in English: Our international work environment requires fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: The role requires flexibility regarding travel.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You can maintain and develop strong relationships with our clients.
